2. Estimates & Scheduling

Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted on-site based on actual conditions.
Scheduling is subject to availability and weather.
We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule any job due to unsafe, inaccessible, or hazardous conditions.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide clear and safe access to the job site.
Inform us in advance of any hazardous materials or special conditions.
Secure pets, vehicles, and valuables before our team arrives.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept:
- Cash
- Checks (made payable to Dump Dynasty LLC)
- Credit/Debit Cards (processed via Jobber, QuickBooks, or Chase QuickAccept)
A 3% processing fee applies to all card payments.
Cash and check payments receive a 3% discount.
We may require a 50% deposit on any job at our sole discretion, particularly for larger projects or first-time customers. The deposit will be applied toward the final invoice.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee (which may include forfeiture of any deposit paid).

6. Liability & Insurance

We exercise reasonable care in performing our services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your property, concealed hazards, underground obstructions (such as sprinkler lines, septic systems, or utilities), or damage caused by conditions we were not informed of in advance.
We are not responsible for damage to driveways, landscaping, lawns, or other surfaces resulting from heavy equipment or normal service operations.
We are not liable for any items left in or near the work area, or for damage caused by moving heavy, oversized, or fragile items through tight spaces.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific job in question.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dump Dynasty LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, fines, or liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your failure to disclose hazards, unsafe site conditions, or inclusion of prohibited/hazardous materials.

We are fully insured and carry general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance (COI) is available upon request. This section does not limit our liability in cases of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Website Use

All content on our website (text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by Dump Dynasty LLC and may not be copied or used without written permission.
You may not attempt to access restricted areas of the site or interfere with its operation.
